Cover your nose and mouth with your arm or a tissue when coughing and sneezing
Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouthMaintain (at least 2 meters) distance between yourself and anyone ill
Do not share personal objects that could transmit the disease
PSC Recommendations in case of home isolation
You should restrict activities outside your home, except for getting medical care. Do not go to work or public areas, and do not use public transportation or taxis. Use delivery services for grocery, pharmacy and food purchases. If you are in a hotel, use room service.
Separate yourself from other people in your home. Do not receive social visits and restrict the number of contacts to the maximum, especially the elderly. If you are staying with other people, as much as possible, you should stay in a different room from other people in your home. Also, you should use a separate bathroom, if available.
If you have symptoms call (6666 in South Sudan) ahead before going to a clinic or hospital of reference.
Wear a facemask: you should wear a surgical facemask (not N95 or PFF2) when you are in the same room with other people and when you visit a healthcare provider. If you cannot wear a facemask and have symptoms, the people who live with you should wear one while they are in the same room with you.
Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue when you cough or sneeze, or you can cough or sneeze into your sleeve. Throw used tissues in a lined trash can, and immediately wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
Wash your hands often and thoroughly with soap and water: for at least 20 seconds. You can use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer if soap and water are not available and if your hands are not visibly dirty. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
Avoid sharing household items: You should not share dishes, drinking glasses, cups, eating utensils, towels, bedding, or other items with other people in your home. After using these items, you should wash them thoroughly with soap and water.

Antibiotics cure the disease: No, antibiotics do not work against viruses, only bacteria. COVID-19 is caused by a virus and, therefore, antibiotics should not be used as a means of prevention or treatment.
There is no vaccine for the disease: To date, there is no specific vaccine for COVID-19. To protect yourself, frequently wash your hands with soap and water and avoid touching your face, eyes and nose.
